Firefly

Posted on Tuesday 23 May 2006

So anyways, after the fantastic success of Serenity I was drawn to purchase the Joss Wheadon series, Firefly, and at the weekend I consumed it in a day.  I realise that I was probably the last to know about this series, and you have heard it all before but why oh why was it cancelled!?!?!?!

I almost cried when I watched the making of documentary and listen to Joss talk of his love of this series and the relationship between the cast only to have it cancelled after 14 glorious episodes…  no really why!! WHY!?!?

The quality of the show was far beyond Buffy and Angel on every level, CGI, cheesey music, storyline, chemistry and dialogue….outstanding!

If anyone can tell me what the bloody hell is wrong with FOX (boo hisss!) for cancelling such an amazing show then please, PLEASE let me know, I’d appreciate it.

I salute you Firefly, the love was short and brief but very very shiney!

I’ll tell you whats wrong with Fox, they use Business School Rejects to Market their programmes thus they miss the target audience thus the show gets canned. They are spineless, money grabbing, souless pimples on the anus of humanity and they never seem to learn there lesson!!!

    Family Guy anyone?
    Futrama anyone?

Clowns, thats what they are, I would like to see them fed to eldarly shark that take ages to chew through them as there teeth aren’t as strong as they used to be, that would be justice in GI’s world ;)
(man, tooooooo much caffine me thinks)
