Well I didn’t get to see any new movies last weekend, instead I got stopped by the police in an undisclosed location for sitting on zig-zag lines at a crossing, the dude copper asked me if I knew why I was being stopped, I said coolly, “Yes, it’s highly illegal to sit on these lines.” He asked, “Why are you sitting here?” I said, “I’m waiting on my mate” (Dilligenz herself to be exact). Then he said, “Please switch off you engine and get in the back of the police car”. Momentarily I imagined myself in SOuth Park with little Cartman shouting, “RESPECT MY AUTHORITYY!” & hitting me a few times with his batton. Alas this was not the case, instead I got a gonk clearly on his first run out (without stabilisers). I was enraged similarly to the Dark Pheonix, I could feel the vains beginning to pop in my head & various items of rubbish on the street reacting to my telekenisis. However, I kept my calm and got in the back of the car like a petty criminal, as poor Dilligenz stood watching dumbfounded as to what the bloody hell was going on. I made various faces at her before stepping into the back of the car.
From then on in it was truly ridiculous. I didn’t get any kind of good cop, bad cop lecture for being a bad and rebellious girl, no, I got non stop apologising, “I am soooooo sorry we have to do this, I really am!” Kinda like a doc saying, “I’m soooo sorry I have to amputate your leg….(Don’t then!!!!) oh sorry but I have to…..” The gonk who had first stopped me proceeded to write the ticket wrong, which he apologised for and then the copper chick apologised also. “Dude, what a couple of twangers” I thoughts to meself while making cross eyed faces at Dilligenz on the street and watching the various reprebates look in on little meee looking out….very bizarre…
I then got charged (with various apologies) with sitting on zig-zag lines, £60 fine & THREE POINTS ON MY LICENCE!!! Yeah three points for not driving dangerously nor exceeding the speed limit, NO sitting on zig-zag lines!!! To add insult to injury, when they let me out the car they said, “Really sorry about that, hope your day gets better from here on in” I was dying to say, “Oh go and get a f**kin job!”
I finally got out of the car and back into my heap of crap & myself & Dilligenz drove into the sunset with the crap coppers following behind for that extra intimidationary tactics…they were probably still apologising….
Damn that is harsh, welcome to the 3 points club, I got done speeding in Feb. I do think they were a little “jobs-worth” on you, to me it Ziggy Parking is just the same as any parking violation as you were not doing anything that would endanger anybodies life, and you don’t get points with parking tickets!!!!

I got done for exactly the same thing a few years ago - I parked half on zig zag line while dropping some stuff off to a charity shop. 3 points and £60 here too, plus a lengthly warning about the state of my tyres.
